    • Before shipping, each puppy receives a full health check from a licensed veterinarian.

    • We provide a health certificate and vaccination records with your puppy.

  2. Flight or Ground Transport

    • Depending on your location, we use airline pet transport or ground courier services.

    • All transport is done by USDA-approved carriers that specialize in pet travel.

    • Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled, safe, and comfortable crate.

  3. Shipping Timeline

    • Puppies are shipped at 6-8 weeks of age or older, once they are fully weaned and vet-cleared.

    • We typically ship within 3–5 business days after final payment and scheduling confirmation.

  4. Pickup & Delivery

    • You’ll receive a tracking number and flight information.

    • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know once your puppy arrives at the airport or doorstep.

    • For airport pickups, a valid photo ID is required.
